imageJoin us and 'Eat So They Can' on the weekend of October 16-17 2010 and see the difference you can make to the lives of children around the world.

All money raised through Eat So They Can benefits the Children's Fund set up especially to aid children living in poverty. By addressing both immediate and long-term issues, the GVN Foundation hopes to make a significant impact on the lives of the children in the programs we support.


What Could Money Raised From Eat So They Can Buy?

YOU + 10 FRIENDS + MEAL = $300 for Eat So They Can*

Food: $300 could feed 80 kids one meal a day at school for 4 weeks
Health: $300 could cater for minor diseases for 50 kids per month
Education: $300 could pay for one kid in high school for one semester / cater for one kid in public primary school for 2 years

500 HOSTS + 10 FRIENDS + MEAL = $150,000 for Eat So They Can*

Food: $150,000 can feed 200 kids 3 meals a day (in an orphanage) for one year
Health: $150,000 can cater medically for 200 kids for 3 years
Education: $150,000 can build two simple schools from kindergarten to grade 8
*Based on the suggested donation of $30 per person
