Description: "We held an Eat So They Can event for the second year in a row in Paris and it was a great success! We invited friends and asked everyone to contribute 5 euros for ESTC. We served a rice-based dinner with dishes including tuna and rice casserole and gratinée au riz, as well as providing plain white basmati rice to which diners could add their favorite toppings, including sweet potatoes, ham, corn, green onions, mushrooms, peanuts etc. as well as a range of sauces and spice. The idea with basing the food served around rice was to link with the types of very basic food items which would most likely be distributed to individuals in poverty and hunger stricken countries. We'd like to thank everyone who participated in the event and donated to the cause for their engagement and support! A l'année prochaine!" - Gina Anderson
