Friends of Eat so They Can

Eat So They Can believe that something as simple as sharing a meal with friends can help fight child poverty. Tackling child poverty involves a collaborative effort and we’d like to introduce you to our supporters who feel the same.

We're happy to have them on board.

Peruvian Hearts:

At age 11, Ana Dodson founded Peruvian Hearts, a non-profit organization that strives to improve the quality of life of orphans in Peru through better nutrition, health care and opportunities for education. This young gun certainly has the 'it' factor and there is no doubt she will change the world.

Since starting Peruvian Hearts, Ana, with the help of others, has collected over $100,000 in money and donations. Ana has won several awards for her work including, the Gloria Barron Prize for Young Heroes, and the Prudential Spirit of Community Award in which she was awarded $1000.

We're proud to partner with Peruvian Hearts and Ana, we think she is fantastic.

Kitchen Caravan:

Kitchen Caravan is an online cooking show that brings together food, culture, history and nourishment and is the combined vision of Sophia Brittan and Emma Piper-Burket.

It was conceived as a way to reconnect viewers with the lost techniques and ingredients of our culinary landscape, the goal being to provide a resource and point of embarkation for people to make their own food journey. Kitchen Caravan merges Sophia's background in French cooking technique and holistic nutrition, Emma's work in experimental and documentary film, and their shared passion for history and travel.

Eat So They Can is happy to count Kitchen Caravan amongst our supporters; we are looking forward to this new partnership.
