Nepal - VSN

Our partner organization in Nepal works within communities to empower them and to make them self sufficient for their brighter future. They have established two children’s homes: Brighter Future Children’s Home and Shining Stars Children’s Home. The homes strives to provide children with what they need in order for them to become successful, compassionate adults and contribute positively to their community. Funds raised for Nepal will be used to support the following projects:

Brighter Future Children's Home Nutrition Program: Brighter Future Children’s Home provides a safe and loving home for 5 girls and 9 boys, aged from 10 to 22 years. The children are growing fast and are always hungry! Eat So They Can funding will be used to ensure that they are provided with nutritious meals every day so that they are healthy and successful.

Did you know... that it only costs approximately $714 to provide a child with three nutritious meals a day for a year through the Brighter Future Children's Home Nutrition Program!

Shining Stars Children's Home Nutrition Program: Shining Stars Children's Home provides stable, reliable and loving care for 26 children. The number of children at the home means that large quantities of food are needed to feed everyone. Eat So They Can funding will be used to assist towards the home's annual food budget.
